Manage queries on social media / live chat, written and telephonically
Resolve complaints / queries social media / live chat, written and telephonic
Manage website queries
Assist other departments with social media / live chat, telephonic and written correspondence
Manage emails
Manage all social media platforms and on-line / web platforms
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate
Degree / Diploma
Public Relation, PR, Communications, Marketing, Digital or any other media related
