Overall management responsibility for the day to day operations within the HR generalist function.
Supports the timely and efficient delivery of planned human resources programs in the organization.
Successfully lead, build and execute transformation initiatives.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders such as HR Shared Services (OneSource) and Senior Leadership to help foster a collaborative environment.

Role model and embed the new ways of working to ensure sustainability.
Partner with the Talent Manager to conduct regular talent identification exercises in the line with agreed principles.
Participate in talent mapping, pipelining of candidates and coaching hiring managers to hire the best in class talent.
Sponsor and encourage participation in Company learning initiatives. Support and partner with the Talent Manager to deploy key programmes to target audience.
Support organization effectiveness initiatives as priorities evolve and timelines shift. Partner with COE’s to identify opportunities to deprioritize work and enhance virtual ways of working as well as leveraging everyday change practices
Utilize HR dashboards to provide insights into core business decisions as well as to support talent planning, model org design and to facilitate Post Covid Talent acquisition capabilities.
Have a solid understanding and ability to execute on total rewards and compensation methodology and frameworks.
Analyze insights from Pulse surveys to drive and support employee engagement.
Point of contact for Employee Relations and pragmatically facilitate Restructuring, Case Management and overall workplace disciplinary including poor performance management.
Gives accurate and appropriate advice, training and support to managers who are managing performance/relations issues.
Supports the annual Digital Performance Management activities, provides coaching to employees and managers and ensure due diligence. Partners with HRBP Administrator to extract ratings data and insights for the year end calibration process.
Utilization of ELC dashboards and HRIS as a first reporting on KPIs, trend analyses, year over year insights, and other relevant metrics. Manage HR data sensitively and professionally.
Support all strategic HR initiatives and drive execution across the Affiliate using effective project management practices and skills and ensuring high quality execution.

Qualifications and Expereince
Relevant Bachelors Degree
8 – 10 years relevant HRBP experience in a multinational or corporate South African environment.
Similar role in a prestige company an advantage.
