The Roaming Beauty Advisor will serve across a range of malls within a designated area.
The purpose of the role is to service a range of malls within a designated area, based on business needs.
The Roaming Beauty Advisor will be allocated to a primary store as a base store.
Coach and train across the different stores to increase productivity
Achieve all Brands’ key performance indicators and targets
Always provides high touch service to all customers to deliver personalized service dependent on customer’s needs across all generations and all ethnicities.
Ensures brand is always presented in a positive and professional manner
Fosters excellent working relationships on counter and with the wider business and retailer.
Drive transactions by proactively promoting new products and additional tasks.
Achieves the brand expectation for appointment and bookings.
In addition to the above duties, your Social and Brand Expert Duries will be:
As additional responsibilities, , you will create content on Instagram such as: live chats , IGTV, stories, posts, content creation, swipe up (over 10,000 fans) tag , and promo codes; lead Zoom group session on selected topics; communicate and coach in-store and virtually all related to products and the brand as needed; and conduct all brand services In Store as well. You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company’s high standards.

Strong retail performers in store
