Mr Price Money is looking for an innovative and self-motivated Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales call centre operations through effective resource and people management by achieving set budgets within agreed quality standards and compliance frameworks. The key focus of this role will be to drive the operational achievements of mobile (MVNO), cellular (OnBiller), insurance, retentions, sales fulfilment and credit sales targets, to consistently optimize the business’s commercial performance within the sales department.

Responsibilities include:
Drive the call centre operations by delegating tasks, managing departmental budget, setting and conveying targets and goals, monitoring performance, overseeing positive employee experience to ensure targets and budget are met.
Campaign Management
Lead the design and implementation of new sales campaigns, monitors effectiveness of current campaigns, ongoing update and review of campaign scripts and processes, to increase sales and conversion rates.

Monitoring & Reporting
Report, daily, weekly and monthly figures and performance trends to management ,to inform the creation of targets to stimulate performance and drive cost of acquisition within the call centre.

Strategic Planning
Evaluate research, market conditions and data for continuous refinement of strategy and execution.
Develop and continuously optimising the plan, in line with business requirements & opportunities.
Develop and manage cost/benefit analysis and reporting for proposed solutions.
Ensure all campaigns are executed within allocated budget and deadlines.
Manage the budget and forecast.
Track, analyse and report on sales operations performance.

Stakeholder Management
Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the business to ensure that the operational achievements of the call centre is achieved.
Liaise and negotiate at a senior level with existing and potential key clients in order to generate new business for the business.
Manage internal relationships effectively and drive improved efficiencies with various internal stakeholder teams.

Skills & Requirements:
Relevant management qualification
RE1 (Key Individual) certification (advantageous)
5 years’ experience in a Management role
Knowledge of Telco and Insurance Sales in a call centre industry
Strong business acumen
Strategic and Innovative
Ability to lead both direct and indirect reports
Ability to work under pressure
