Job Description

This exciting role executes on Organisation Effectiveness, Design and Workforce Planning strategies and programmes across the enterprise.


Key performance areas:


Provides input into the Organisation Design, Job Family and Workforce Planning strategies.
Provides input to Organisation Effectiveness strategies and tactics.
Executes on Organisation Design, Job Family and Workforce planning strategies and programs.
Executes on Organisation effectiveness programs and projects including the development of frameworks, policies and guidelines.
Assist in the development of the Workforce Planning framework and methodology.
Assist with the development of divisional/departmental structures in pursuance of the respective business plans.
Ability to analyze and diagnose organisational problems to uncover core issues and recommend and execute resolutions within existing frameworks and guidelines.
Research best practice surrounding Organisation Effectiveness, Design, Workforce Planning, Job Families and Job Architecture.
Keep up to date with legislation, policies and procedures.
Research surrounding statistics relevant to business practice.
Facilitates the role creation process including defining roles, tracking and/or facilitating enablement of a role and tracking the role development pipeline for the job family
Qualifications and experience requirements:

Bachelor Degree (Management, HR Management, Engineering, Psychology)
+/- 3-5 Years Management Consulting Experience
+/- 5 years Organisational Design/ Effectiveness experience
Demonstrated knowledge of business, organisational theory and practice, strategic and tactical organisational design, change management and business process design
Must have facilitated engagements and interventions with individuals or groups that assist them in accomplishing their goals and business outcomes
