Leading BEE Advisory Firm and Management Consultancy, Sandton-based, are seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager.
The individual will demonstrate strong and proven background in L&D and Operations, and unrivalled organisational and administrative skills, and will join an extremely successful and fast-paced L&D division.
The Learning & Development Project Manager role is both an internal, and external client facing role, with external clients requiring anywhere up to 100 learners at a time – these projects to be facilitated by this individual, with support of two junior project staff.
Experience as a Training Administrator, or a Training Project Manager
Experience of Work Readiness programmes for graduates or young learners from 18 – 35
Responsibilities for Learning & Development Project Manager
Keep track of a vast number of concurrent L&D initiatives
Manage nuances across the demands of different external clients
Report on Project Progress to internal and external stakeholders
Take responsibility for communication with clients, and managing expectations
Observing and noting learner successes, for feedback to clients
Project Administration including updating of central document/training material repository
Document filing and preparation of course materials
Training Scheduling – booking rooms and/or MS Team Meetings
Direct Management of 2 x junior project staff
Accredited Assessor and Moderator and/or ODETP qualification
SDS – Skills Development Certificate advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Degree level: BA (any subject) or Social Sciences degree preferred
Classic Project Management skill-set including Project Planning, Change controls, Budgeting, monitoring financial performance, and RAID, etc, will be highly advantageous.
