Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities Plot & Plan service intervals to Ensure service teams adhere to set daily/ weekly and monthly service schedules, as determined by Branch administrator/manager. Prepare stock for service and ensure this is correctly stored, transported and loaded into the service vehicles, with the correct quantities. Assist Pest Control service manager and the Hygiene service manager with service duties as and when required. Including but not limited to deliveries, installations, deep cleaning and Pest & Hygiene servicing. Collect all services slips daily and ensure all items are completed correctly. Daily service slips are to be handed to the Branch Administrator (BA). Collect all DAN at the end of the day and ensure all docs are signed correctly. All DAN’s to be handed to BA daily. Report any & all challenges, issue or client requests to BA. Weekly Responsibilities Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with weekly/monthly demand. Report shortages to Branch Admin. Requisitions for stock must be so directly through the BA, on official stock requisition docs. Visit key accounts (clients Sites) on a monthly basis for the purpose of maintaining excellent client/service levels. Inspect service vehicles. Assist BA with ensuring service routes are effective and practical. Maintain the hygiene & Pest stores in a neat and tidy manner. Monthly Responsibilities Complete a comprehensive count (Month end) of all hygiene & Pest control stock and equipment on hand in stores and submit through to BA. Attend monthly client meetings (where applicable) and submit required feedback/reports to clients within 48 hours.
Skills and Competencies
At least 5 years of Corporate operational experience, in the Hygiene sector with exposure to Pest Control sector. Experience in both Hygiene & Pest installations on customer premises. Knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry. Knowledge of key role players and industry trends within the industry. Must have knowledge and experience in correct installation procedures in the hygiene sector. Understand Hygiene application principles and procedures. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and procedures Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
